Mohammed identified the need for a London base to meet the increasing demand from gulf-based clientele for assets across the world and so far to date Mr Khashoggi has brought in approx.
£120 million of international investments from Saudi Arabia to the United Kingdom.

An alumnus of King’s College and University College London, Hassan, the co-founder of The Continental Group, is a milestone achievement-driven individual with an attitude to succeed and the initiative to think outside the box.
After concluding a PhD in alternative energy with a focus on the implementation of management incentivisation programs, Hassan is planning to combine sustainability and property development in a novel approach to revolutionise the concept of eco-living and working environments.
